The advertised offer is misleading, as they don't mention that extra charges apply based on hair length. I ended up paying more than the offer price. I got a keratin spa, but the service was disappointing—the staff was slow, unprofessional, and they don't even provide steam, saying it's not included in the offer.
The Gents hairstylist seemed inexperienced, had little understanding of face shapes, and was only comfortable using a trimmer instead of a razor. On top of that, the staff were arguing with each other in front of customers, which was highly unprofessional. Overall, it felt like these offers are just a way to attract customers so inexperienced staff can practice.

I had a wonderful experience at this parlour. Swapna was very polite, friendly, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the service and paid great attention to every detail. The service was excellent, hygienic, and completed with care. Honestly, I was so afraid at first, as it was my first time in getting a hair treatment. But ANUJ bhaiya did a great job in hair treatment as well as cutting. I'm so happy with the result. Highly recommended ✨

I had a really great experience at this salon My hairdresser, Silky, was very professional and sweet . she walked me through the entire process, listened carefully to what I wanted. I had shown her reference pictures, and the final result turned out exactly like what I asked for. She was also very quick and efficient without compromising on the quality of the service. I absolutely love the results and couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. Highly recommend her.

I’m really satisfied with the service .Hair, facial, and clean-up were done very nicely. “Joshna ” is gentle, professional, and very polite 💆♀️✨.Had a great experience today ! She did my hair and clean-up very patiently and professionally. Loved the neat work and calm behaviour. Highly recommended ✨
